Atlantis is a small, privately governed Palm Beach County city entirely composed of the Atlantis Country Club residential community. All homes in Atlantis are subject to the city’s unified HOA standards, making pre-approval and precise material matching critical for any screen enclosure work. The city’s inland location between Lake Worth Beach and Boynton Beach means salt air is minimal, but summer storm season and the community’s mature tree canopy produce regular screen enclosure repair needs. Patio Screen Pro serves Atlantis with full HOA documentation support and the material precision that the community’s unified standards require.
All exterior screen modifications in Atlantis require city HOA pre-approval. Patio Screen Pro prepares complete documentation packages for Atlantis HOA submissions including material descriptions, color specifications, and scope of work. Palm Beach County building permits are required for new screen enclosure construction in Atlantis; repair and rescreen on existing frames typically does not require a permit.
No obligation, no pressure. Tell us about your project and we'll provide a clear written quote.
Yes. We prepare full HOA submission documentation for Atlantis including written scope of work, mesh color specifications, and material descriptions formatted for the city’s review process. We schedule work only after you confirm HOA approval has been received.
Atlantis HOA standards typically require Charcoal or Charcoal Gray fiberglass mesh. We verify your specific unit’s approved specifications before ordering and provide written color documentation. If your community requires a specific mesh weight or weave, we carry multiple options in approved colors.
We bring mesh samples to your property and compare them to your existing panels before ordering. For full-cage rescreens where all mesh is being replaced simultaneously, consistent color is ensured across the entire project. For individual panel repairs, we match as closely as possible and document the match for your HOA records.
