Pool Screen Repair in Jupiter, FL

Jupiter is one of the northernmost communities in Patio Screen Pro’s Palm Beach County service area, known for its natural beauty, the Loxahatchee River, and a mix of upscale residential communities and waterfront estates. The town’s Atlantic coast and Intracoastal access means salt air is a factor for eastern and waterfront properties, while Jupiter’s western communities near the Loxahatchee experience intense afternoon storms that regularly damage screen panels. Patio Screen Pro serves Jupiter with the same premium materials and HOA documentation support provided throughout Palm Beach County.

Neighborhoods Served

Admirals Cove & Frenchman’s Creek — Luxury waterfront communities with strict HOA standards. We provide full documentation packages and carry premium mesh options for these properties.

Abacoa — Master-planned new urbanism community with an active HOA and a high concentration of pool cages from early 2000s construction now approaching first full-rescreen age.

Jupiter Farms — Acreage community in western Jupiter where larger-than-standard enclosures and custom patio screen rooms on equestrian and agricultural properties are common.

Inlet Communities (Jupiter Inlet Colony Area) — Oceanfront and inlet-adjacent properties where salt air exposure is at its highest. Annual inspection and corrosion-resistant hardware are standard recommendations for these locations.

Common Repairs in Jupiter

Coastal Salt-Air Frame Corrosion — Eastern Jupiter and inlet-adjacent properties develop oxidation on aluminum extrusions faster than anywhere else in our Palm Beach service area. We replace corroded sections and upgrade to corrosion-resistant fittings for all waterfront Jupiter work.

Full Rescreen on Abacoa-Era Cages — Early 2000s pool cages throughout Abacoa and surrounding subdivisions are now prime candidates for full rescreen. We complete most standard residential cage rescreens in a single day.

Premium Mesh Installation — Jupiter homeowners frequently request no-see-um and Super Screen mesh for improved durability and protection near water. We carry both in stock.

HOA and Permit Notes

Admirals Cove, Abacoa, and other planned Jupiter communities require HOA pre-approval for exterior screen modifications. Patio Screen Pro provides written material proposals and documentation for all Jupiter HOA submissions. Palm Beach County building permits are required for new screen enclosure installations; we handle the permit application for all permitted work in Jupiter.

Does Patio Screen Pro serve Jupiter Farms acreage properties?

Yes. We service Jupiter Farms and other acreage properties in western Jupiter. We carry extra-wide spline and commercial-gauge mesh for oversized enclosures common on agricultural and equestrian properties. Scheduling is same-week for most Jupiter Farms repair requests.

How does salt air near Jupiter Inlet affect screen enclosures?

The Jupiter Inlet area experiences some of the highest salt air concentrations in our Palm Beach County service area. Properties within a half-mile of the inlet develop visible frame oxidation in as little as two to three years. We recommend annual inspection, corrosion-resistant aluminum hardware, and Super Screen or no-see-um mesh for all inlet-adjacent Jupiter properties.

Does Patio Screen Pro handle HOA submissions for Abacoa and Admirals Cove in Jupiter?

Yes. We are experienced with HOA documentation requirements for both Abacoa and Admirals Cove. We provide written material specifications, color documentation, and insurance certificates as required. All work is scheduled only after you confirm HOA approval has been received.
